At Why Not Fix Ltd we are committed to returning your repaired device as quickly as possible. For simple faults like replacing a battery or phone screen, we aim for a same-day turnaround. 

Most customers drop off their devices to our office. If you live further afield, you are welcome to post your device to be repaired by one of our specialists. Why Not Fix are also able to collect, fix and return devices for customers who can't get to our Folkestone office.
