4- year old desktop Apple Mac died. Asked locally who to go to if repair was an option and Why Not Fix was recommended. Fixed after a few weeks (needed to order replacement board) and dropped off at our home by Andy who happened to be in the area. Such great service very kind and helpful. After going round phone shops in my local high street as my daughter smashed her HMD phone screen. No phone shop could fix it due to not having the parts or wanting to order it. I found Why Not Fix on a social media site, sent a message and with a quick response they said they could order the part. Amazing communication and extremely helpful; best customer service I have received in a long time. The staff were always happy to go that extra mile. I would definitely use this service again.

Updated my Samsung S22 Ultra and got the dreaded boot loop of death. Tried 3 local shops no chance it’s dead mate! Quick Google search and came across a Reddit post from 8 months ago, where Andy had fixed said issue. Spoke to Andy who advised it certainly should be fixable, just needs the phone in hand to confirm. Phone sent Wednesday, checked by Andy on Thursday and a courtesy call to say its back up and running with all my data still intact phew! Phone posted on Friday and back with me on Saturday and working like a dream since. You're a life saver as the phone was a bday gift and had lots of cherished pics and videos I thought I had lost.

I dropped my phone on holiday and the screen came loose. Two days later on the same holiday, my Apple Watch decided to get fuzzy lines across the screen. I turned up at WNF and they advised a price for the screen replacement on my phone. When I came back later to collect it was half the price they quoted. Rather than replace the screen, they took it apart and cleaned it, tightened some screws and re-glued it for me. They could easily have charged me the full amount but they didn’t which speaks VOLUMES about them as a company. They replaced the screen on my watch for me and did loads of testing too (I can also confirm they quoted me less than two other places for the Apple Watch) I really hope I don’t have to use their services again, but in the unfortunate event that I do have a technical issue, I won’t think twice about contacting them! Thank you so much guys :)

5 stars aren’t enough, in my opinion I would give WNF far more! My Wife was running out of spare memory on her iPad making life difficult to download software updates. It looked like a big spend to purchase a new iPad was inevitable until I contacted WNF when they assured me they could upgrade the memory (despite everyone else insisting it couldn’t be done!) They were right, the work was completed in double quick time and I was kept informed at every stage, my Wife has it back, working perfectly and with loads of spare memory now so her iPad lives on. Would 100% recommend! After having my battery replaced on my iPhone from another so called reputable repairer, my phone ended up with lots of other issues including over heating, speaker issues and constant resetting. Luckily I found ‘Why Not Fix Ltd’ who had my phone for the morning, quickly identified the issue, replaced the battery and fixed the problems. They also fixed my Face ID camera that the other company couldn’t fix either. Great customer service and a great price, which has breathed new life into my phone, making it work just like new instead of going in the bin. 5 Stars!

Fantastic repair to my Lenovo laptop motherboard; I took it to a couple of other shops who said it couldn't be fixed and I would have to buy a new laptop. Just WOW! 5 Star service! I don't know where to begin, Andy and the team at Why Not Fix have outstanding standards and make sure every customer / client including myself is / was happy. I dropped an iPhone 11 off for a Speaker replacement and Ringer "mute" switch repair. Andy beated every quote I was given from several places including Phone Doctor, Tech Fixers and many more. After repairing my iPhone 11 it was tested for several hours before I collected to make sure I wouldn't have an issue. Overall I'm pleased with the service I received and the fact I get 2 Years warranty else where you don't. Will definitely use again

Took my sons phone to Why Not Fix Ltd today, as he had a cracked screen. My son also told me that his battery wasn't staying charged very long. Why Not Fix, have fitted a new screen on his phone and checked the battery before changing it, phoned me to tell me the battery was fine and doesn't need replacing. (My son then confessed that his phones battery wasn't as bad as he had made it out to be). Why Not Fix could have just changed the battery, but they tested it first and didn't replace it unnecessarily. Phone screen was replaced very quickly, to a very good standard. Great friendly service, doing a great job. Would definitely recommend and use again.

THE BEST at repairing any electrical device!! O2 said they would have to wipe my whole phone, so did a so called ‘Apple approved repair shop’ in Canterbury (both who wanted to charge me untold amounts and suggested I should just buy a new £400 phone!!) so I went to Andy to see if my phone was salvageable. They spent over 12 hours on my phone and managed to fix it for less than a quarter of what apple would have charged!!! Not the only device they have fixed for me either, close to tears when I went to collect my phone! My phone was returned with ALL photos videos and data and apps I had on there before, and was fixed completely!!!…… I can’t recommend enough how fantastic this company really is!!
