At Why Not Fix, we don’t believe in throw-away culture. We believe that saving money on repairs is far better for both the environment and your pocket. Repairs cost just a fraction of the price of a replacement electronic device. We tend to domestic and corporate clients, servicing and repairing mobile phones/smartphones, tablets, laptops, Macbooks and games consoles.

Our repairs are super-fast, fully insured and carried out by specialist technicians in our secure work space in Folkestone. We stock a huge range of parts such as screens, batteries, HDMI ports, charging ports, cameras and buttons. At Why Not Fix Ltd we are committed to returning your repaired device as quickly as possible. For simple faults like replacing a battery or phone screen, we aim for a same-day turnaround. 

Most customers drop off their devices to our office. If you live further afield, you are welcome to post your device to be repaired by one of our specialists. Why Not Fix are also able to collect, fix and return devices for customers who can't get to our Folkestone office.

Furthermore, we are also happy to form working relationships with businesses to become your preferred repairer. This means that we will put an agreement in place and stock the parts required, enabling us to help keep your business moving.

As trusted experts, we provide a warranty of six to twelve months on repairs and we are public liability insured. Our commitment is to do everything possible to fix your device because we believe that most devices and issues can be repaired.
