You have quoted me £200 plus for the screen repair but Samsung quoted much less. Why is this?
Some screen replacements can be cheaper with the manufacturer. Repairers like us base the price on the fluctuating cost of replacement parts and the time that is needed to install it. Please note:

Our Expert Device Repairs take approx 2 hours to carry out the repair. When you send to the manufacturer this can takes 5-14 working days.
We never delete your data. Manufacturer requires the phone to be restored to factory settings before you can send it to them so you will lose your data.
Manufacturers will refuse replacing the screen if there is even the slightest dent/defect/bend to the frame of your phone. We are not so fussy and often have to deal with bent/damaged frames before we can replace the screen. If the damage is really bad we will discuss the options.
I have a phone which has a cracked glass screen however the touchscreen and LCD display is working perfectly. How much will it cost to just replace the front glass?
Most of the time if the front glass is broken, the whole screen has to be replaced. There is exception for some mid-range phones with separate digitizers (then it is specified in description of that particular phone repair service). Even if replacing the glass on Samsung phones is possible, the process is very time consuming and getting perfect results is nearly impossible. No matter if your phone (e.g Galaxy S9) has the front glass broken or the whole screen, price will be the same and we will replace whole assembly.
I have received my phone back but after you fixed my screen, the front camera doesn’t work.
Sorry to hear that. To repair the phone, we have to disconnect many modules of the phone and connect them back. We test all aspects of the phone after we fix it but some connectors may become loose while it is being delivered. If you receive a phone with a fault which was not there before, let us know immediately. We will repair the issue free of charge. So please test the phone properly when you receive it. If you don’t let us know within first 3 days, we will only cover the repair service, which you have paid for.
I had a tempered glass protector applied to my phone and when it was dropped, the screen broke but the tempered glass survived.
We advise you to have a good quality screen protector or tempered glass as these protect from scratches and add some extra strength to your phone’s screen. However, they don’t give you 100% guarantee and we do not take any responsibility for using them.
I have been away with work/holiday and you still have my phone.
Devices not collected within 90 days from the day we receive them for repair will be disposed of correctly. It is important you make sure the contact details you give us are correct, we will always try to contact you numerous times, via phone, text, email before the device will be disposed of.
Can you guarantee the data on my phone to be safe during repair?
We always recommend to make regular backups of your data and also before any repair if possible. If you cannot do the backup due to the phone being dead or screen unusable let us know when you drop the device. We will never delete your data intentionally. However, we never guarantee your data, we do not take responsibility for it and to any claims in regards to lost files. If your device is water damaged, there is no guarantee the data can be retrieved but we do our best and we have a very high success rate of data recovery.
You fixed my phone recently and the screen is broken again after a month etc, but I haven’t even dropped it. Is this covered under warranty?
Our policy clearly states that if you have any physical damage to the screen, the warranty is void. Even the manufacturer of the device will not consider it under warranty. Before we start your repair, we carry out a series of checks to confirm the functions and overall condition of your device which we log. Once we have completed the repair, we repeat the same checks and log the results. We also test the device a few more times before collection. It is impossible for glass to just break on its own, this is caused by pressure/impact or drops.
The issue I have on my phone is not listed can you fix it?
We have listed the most common repairs. We will always take on any repair so message us with details, but you do need to be aware that not everything is fixable due to availability of parts and can also not be cost effective to repair as the part can be as much as the device costs to buy.
I have my own replacement screen/battery, can you fit if for me?
We always prefer to use our own parts as we know where they are from, the quality of the parts and have the contact back to the supplier for warranty issues. Saying that, we will fit your part but we offer no warranty and no responsibility if the part causes any damage/issues to your device.
Why do you need my passcode/password/pattern for my repair?
Before any repair, we test the device to confirm all key functions are working such as front camera, rear camera, home button, sound, face I.D., proximity sensor, touch I.D, we can make/receive a call and check earpiece/speaker are working. We then carry out the repair and re-test the device to confirm everything is working after the repair.
